This authentic loft condo is one of only 20 individually unique units across the street from the
Fox Theatre. It was
Novare's first loft condo conversion back in 1999

and across I-75/I-85 from Georgia Tech, next door to the
North Avenue Marta station with
direct service to the Atlanta airport, and it looks out over
the Spotted Dog pub. It is walking distance
from Tech Square,
Piedmont Park,
Publics/Walgreens, and lots more.
Plus Whole Foods and
Home Depot,
Staples, and
Borders is just a mile away.
It is Midtown living with all the conveniences of the suburbs.
Building amenities include free water, free gas, free basic cable, and free T1 Internet and this unit has
(1) deeded garage parking space and one (1) deeded gated outdoor space. To top it all off, the neighbors are
awesome and when have you heard that from condo dwellers? (We all really do get along. Seriously.)
If it is so great you might ask why I'm leaving the building? I'm not. I bought
another 33 Ponce unit back in 2005 and now my
five (5) year ARM on this unit is about to adjust, so it's time to sell.
Though I really hate to sell it now because it really is an incredible unit, whoever gets this unit will see a bargain,
especially when compared with the more expensive prices of smaller units
in non-authentic loft space nearby. And, you'll have me as a great neighbor.
